Construction Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong team culture and excellence in delivery of construction management processes and project outcomes.
This role will contribute as part of the senior management team, and effectively lead the day-to-day performance of the operational team across the region.

Proven large scale commercial experience over a range of projects
Excellent technical understanding of construction and construction processes
Proven ability to plan and contribute to proposals and tenders for major projects
Strong relationship and management skills
Proven leadership and coaching skills
Commitment to a zero-harm health and safety culture
