The company completes a broad range of Road Maintenance and Construction activities throughout the Southland and Otago area.We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreperson to join our team in Otago or Southland!You will be constructing roads for NZTA, Local Authorities, Subdivisions and other commercial developments throughout the region.The role will include the day to day leading, organising and coordination of the construction crew, organising of staff and resources and ensuring job quality and timely completion.Our ideal candidate will be someone looking to step up and lead a team, bringing a wealth of construction knowledge and experience, and plenty of 'can-do' attitude and enthusiasm. A skilled final trim grader operator is a requirement, coupled with excellent communication and people skills.SouthRoads is about supporting the local community, through doing quality work, with local people, who have local knowledge.
