Construction Foreman

Construction Foreman JCL are a locally owned and operated business specialising in asphalt & chipseal surfacing and construction. We have 45 staff across our two branches in Christchurch and Cromwell.
We deliver a wide range of work including; asphalt repairs & maintenance, footpaths, driveways, tennis courts and various sized roading projects.
Due to growth, we are looking for a skilled Construction Foreman to lead a small crew (based mainly in Queenstown) in delivering perfect formation work in preparation for asphalt and chipseal.
You will have 5+ years of experience and be confident in operating small excavators to do final trim. Reading site plans, measuring, setting up heights, boxing, understanding gravel and compaction methods, managing onsite health and safety and maintaining good contractor relationships are key.
Ideally you will have you a class 2 license and WTR endorsement. Employment will subject to a pre-employment drug and medical test.
