Your role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Administration Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will lead our team of Construction Administrators, mentoring and training them to provide excellent work and service to our construction team which includes quantity surveying and design.
This full-time role is based in our modern, spacious head office in Russley, Christchurch, working Monday to Friday. We offer a fun, vibrant and supportive workplace.
Ensure all construction documentation is managed from tender stage right through to the end of each project
Assist in the preparation of documents for building consents
Lead, mentor and guide construction admin team members

About you
A background in construction administration is preferred
You have proven administration experience and have led a team of administrators in a previous role
You have a high level of accuracy, superb attention to detail and are highly organised
Familiar with construction documentation management systems
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and are able to pick up new systems and databases quickly
You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
