Compliance Manager

The opportunity:
Our Seed, Pest & Plant Health business has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, multi skilled and driven individual for the position of Compliance Manager.
Responsible for our technical team, your focus will be to ensure technical consistency, compliance and systems across the team. You will keep abreast of legislation, policy and programme requirements to ensure both standards and customer current and future needs are met. You will support the Business Manager to prepare budgets and forecasts, assist the negotiation of key contracts, drive profitability by managing costs and manage requests for additional programme/scope approvals. You will also provide leadership to your team, supporting, coaching and providing development to ensure their full potential is reached.
About you:
With a relevant Tertiary Degree and 3 years + senior management experience, you will have experience within the Seed, Pest & Plant Health industries and will have had exposure to accreditation/certification and quality management systems.
You will bring with you experience in both people management and employee relations, and as a natural people leader, be driven, approachable and enjoy developing others. You will also have an outstanding service orientation, exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong drive for results.
