As an Access Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver healthcare services, develop and oversee support plans, and mentor support workers to maintain high standards of care.
You will work alongside registered health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
This is a 6-month, fixed-term contract.Minimum requirements:Registered nurse with a current practicing certificate.Experience in long-term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing is highly desirable.Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community.Effective caseload planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a client-focused environment.Self-management skills to handle a busy workload.Current full driver's license.Digital confidence in using apps and computers.Work Flexibility: Start your day from home and work locally, with an option to work from our Petone Office.
