The Team: What we do
CAF Access team receives enquiries and referrals for these specialist mental health services and provides an emergency response with short term follow-up for young people with a psychiatric crisis.
Currently based at The Princess Margaret Hospital we are a small, but growing multi-disciplinary team who work closely together. Your role will involve time in the referral area, including phone triaging, as well as in the emergency function. Clinicians have a range of skills and expertise working with young people up to 18 years of age (older if still at school).
The Role: Where you fit in
This is a 1.0 FTE full-time, permanent position within the Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health Service.
This is a challenging role with flexibility required to adapt to the changing tasks and the individual needs of the clients. It is essential that you have experience in Mental Health and the ability to communicate effectively with our clientele and external agencies.
