SinglePoint of Entry (SPOE) is a person’s initial contact with the mental healthservices. We streamline the way people are referred for the Adult CommunityMental Health Services they require. We are a tight-knit, multidisplinary teammade up of registered Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.

Put your listening skills to the testin this 'front door of Specialist Mental Health Services'. We are keen to hearfrom a registered health professional keen on working within the SPOE team.
Based at Hillmorton Hospital, the roleis centred on being the key point of contact for people needing advice andwanting to access our services, as well as taking referrals and queries fromGP's. Drawing on your experience of working in mental health you will be ableto assess the risk and quickly get a good clear understanding of your caller’sneeds.
Working in collaboration with ourdynamic and friendly multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in triageand client liaison. Using your excellent risk assessment, communication skillsand knowledge of local community resources you will be able to ensure ourclients get the right help, at the right time, in the right place.
Community mental health experiencecould be helpful, but is not essential however previous experience in mentalhealth settings is an essential requirement in this area. You'll be aregistered health professional (Social Worker, Nurse, Occupational Therapist)with mental health scope and current APC.
Working hours are within Monday -Friday 8.30 am - 4.30/5 pm
This is a 1FTE permanent position.
