Community Manager | Part-Time Fixed-Term | Papatoetoe

We need someone to help support the expansion of our education businesses!
This role involves social media marketing, EDM support, and supporting the centres with our enrollment process.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate and hardworking individual who is interested in connecting with many different groups of people. The role will require you to reach out and influence long time and new clients. We will also need you to communicate successfully with families, and help support our busy Centre Managers with new enrollments.
You’ll love working with people, but also have plenty of opportunity to work independently. This is an essential role as you’ll often be the first person clients, interested parents and caregivers will speak to about treatments/products and the enrollment process.

To be our ideal candidate you'll need the following…
A love of communicating with all sorts of people, and an ability to build rapport online and over the phone Experience in managing multiple social media accounts An appreciation for what natural therapy/skincare, and Early Childhood Centres can do for people’s well-being and families of young children A confident phone manner Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written communication skills (and you know how to spell check!) Basic graphic design skills A knowledge of how Facebook and Instagram business pages work (including messaging) A high level of organisational skills A desire to build on-going relationships A love of taking ownership The ability to create and refine systems and provide regular reporting
You may also have:
Photoshop skills Experience in email marketing Other sales or marketing experience Early Childhood Education experience Ideally have full licence and own transport Job Type and Category
