A number of opportunities have become available for highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our Regulatory & Operations Communications team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Regulatory & Operational Communications, you will be responsible for delivering customer communications in line with AGLs regulatory requirements.
This role will be accountable for managing Regulatory and Operational communications, including but not limited to; remediation activities, operational communications and regulatory projects.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Manage new and existing regulatory and operational customer communications and projects end-to-end, ensuring that they are on time and on budget
Manage and mitigate regulatory risk by ensuring all communications are compliant, while keeping the customer experience front of mind
Act as primary marketing representative on key regulatory projects, managing and implementing multi-channel communications and adhering to deadlines
Deliver clear and concise agency, digital, data and internal communication briefs
Work with the wider marketing team, internal stakeholders and external agencies and partners
Assist in the management of allocated budgets
Embrace a test and learn culture, optimising the use of channels, messages, creative and call to actions with a focus on digital adoption

You will be proactive, solution focused and able to effectively adapt in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to keep the customer front of mind in all communications will ensure your success in this role.
To be successful, youll have:
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or business-related field
Experience in integrated marketing, regulatory and operational activity or the energy industry will be well regarded
A strong understanding of marketing functions across a range of mediums and channels including digital
An understanding of communications development, project management and implementation
A proactive approach and the confidence to ask questions and challenge where necessary
Effective time management skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
