About the role
This role is best suited for an expert in digital channels; you will be working with staff across Nelson Marlborough Health to deliver user-focussed, engaging channels. The focus for this role is mainly with our intranet and website, but also social media channels. You will apply best-practice methodology to digital channel management and strive to deliver an excellent user experience.
About you
In this role experience in an internal communications role is essential as well as an understanding of all communications functions. Your key skill must be the ability to work with staff and managers in order to get the best from our digital channels across Nelson Marlborough Health. You will be a strong relationship manager and influencer; as the role requires working with our managers and staff to deliver content solutions while adhering to best-practice digital channel standards and while maintaining an end-user focus.
