You'll work alongside talented communications pros and cross-functional teams to bring our projects to life, ensuring every digital touchpoint is accessible, user-friendly, and customer-focused.Included dutiesCreate high quality written and media content across NHC digital channelsChampion user experience and customer centred decision makingBuild and create relationships with digital agencies and IT representativesSupport, plan and execute content across multiple channel projects and initiativesProvide trusted, expert digital guidance, advice and practical support to others across our organisation.3 + years proven experience in a digital role, working independently or self-directed projectsPractical experience with Content Management Systems (ideally Silverstripe)A strong content designer and communicator across a range of mediums (social media and video scripts)Experience in user experience and customer research to inform digital channel improvements.What's in it for you?
