Commerical Longrun Contractor

Apex Roof N Clad Ltd are a privately owned company who have been in business for 10 years. We have been experiencing continued and steady growth in the Whangarei and Northland area for some time now. As such we are looking to build a relationship with a commercial longrun contractor with a crew of 3 to 5 roofers. Our aim is to keep you busy with full-time work solely for us on our large scale commercial projects.
In return you will get to work alongside Northland’s leading roofing company. We currently have a great outlook with plenty of work booked on our horizon. We have an experienced roofing team from QS to Project Administration and Management who support the day-to-day running of all our jobs and large scale projects, and we process payment claims on a weekly basis.
Successful Contractors will:
- Communicate effectively with Apex's staff and clients
- Be organised, hardworking, honest and reliable
- Be able to work long hours and weekends as required to meet deadlines
- At least 4 - 5 years commercial longrun experience with a strong portfolio of roof, cladding and detailed finishing work
- Hold an LBP licence (or be prepared to become LBP certified)
- Work well and maintain high quality standards under pressure
- Have a tidy work vehicle with own tools and PPE
- Work to Health & Safety guidelines and legislation
