We are now extending an invitation to come and join this culture as we recruit for a high performing intermediate lawyer for our busy Queenstown Property team.

Working alongside our partners and staff this is an ideal opportunity to start or progress your career as you become involved in all aspects of our varied and exciting property practice including complex property development (specifically commercial and residential subdivisions and unit title complexes), property sale and purchase (of commercial, development and residential property), drafting technical property instruments, drafting, negotiations and review of contracts, organising and reviewing finance and structuring entities.

Successful candidates will have 2-6 years of good property experience or mixed property and commercial experience. Applicants will need to be ambitious, have excellent academic qualifications and be able to engage confidently with clients, staff and other practitioners.
