Commercial Project Manager- Hvac

This newly created opportunity is necessary to take our Commercial business to the next level across the Auckland and Waikato regions.
About you:
A construction professional with a minimum 5 years' experience working on commercial construction projects (essential);
Professional certification or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred);
Experience delivering construction projects between $1M and $5M;
Experience in resource, forecasting and project planning;
Sound management experience in the service/trade industry;
Drive, enthusiasm, multitasker with the eye always on the prize;
Resilient, high standards and expectations and attention to detail that's second to none;
Charismatic, professional and exceptional interpersonal skills; and
Agile, nimble and able to adapt to the change in customer and market conditions.
