Commercial Pricing Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Pricing Manager to join our team.
This new role will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the pricing strategy for both residential and commercial projects and overseeing a team of Quantity surveyors.As our Commercial Pricing Manager, you will play a critical role in balancing cost control, risk management and profitability.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and implement price strategiesLead pricing and estimation functions for residential and commercial projectsTeam Management and DevelopmentRisk management and controlsWork closely with operational, sales and project teams to align pricing with business objectivesStakeholder collaborationRequirements:5+ years experience in a similar roleExperience in pricing strategy, cost control and risk managementExperience leading a team of dedicated Quantity Surveyors with a focus on supporting and upskilling the team and providing clear directionAbility to collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholdersProven ability in successfully implementing process improvements and efficienciesStrong commercial and financial acumenProven contract management expertiseAbility to build and manage relationships with procurement teams and suppliersBenefits:Southern Cross Medical InsuranceGreat company culture where family mattersFocused but fun team environmentEmployee Recognition programAbout The Company:Switched On Group exists to enhance environments for whanau, businesses and communities across Aotearoa.
