Commercial Manager

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Provide specialist commercial insight into strategic planning, strategic projects and expansion opportunities. Your commercial acumen and financial capability will ensure that new projects are monitored against budget and that results are managed to provide an appropriate return on investment for the business.
Creation of Datamine commercial contracts (MSA's/SOW etc.); management of existing commercial arrangements; assessment of potential commercial contracts which are presented to Datamine.
Involvement in pricing Datamine work. Improvement of the pricing process.
Creating, reviewing, holding to account on all business cases.
Responsibility for procurement and procurement processes.
Initiating and implementing systems and processes to increase Datamine's efficiency and profitability
High level management of reporting duties including budgets, budget-to-actuals financial projections, KPI reporting and client profitability.

8+ years' experience in a relevant commercial role
A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or law and/or relevant professional certifications; or relevant experience running a consulting/services organisation from a general management point of view
An exceptional level of communication, organisation and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and numerical skills
Proven ability to provide strategic input on the assessment of future business opportunities.

Expertise in forecasting and monetising business strategy
