You'll play a key part in sourcing, negotiating, and delivering new commercial development and investment opportunities across New Zealand.You may come from a background in commercial property, banking, private equity, or corporate finance — what matters most is your commercial acumen, credibility with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to growth.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSource and secure commercial development and investment opportunities.Negotiate agreements and deeds of leases to align with strategic objectives.Undertake due diligence, feasibility assessments, and development forecasting.Lead and support projects from concept through to delivery.Build strong partnerships with tenants, investors, consultants, iwi, and internal teams.What We're Looking ForWe're open to different levels of experience.
