What you will doThe Command Coordinator provides a range of administrative support to the 3rd Combat Service Support Battalion. This includes coordinating internal and external correspondence, meeting and greeting visitors to the office and over the phone, assisting with the preparation and formatting of documents, taking minutes, maintaining the unit registry, assisting staff with admin requirements and assisting the Command team when required. What we need We're looking for an experienced administrator who enjoys being part of a busy, active team. You need to have strong organisational and planning skills that enable you to effortlessly manage multiple demands with ease, while remaining flexible and adaptive to changing needs and priorities. You also require sound judgement and the ability to manage your own space and take action when required. You go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service as you engage positively with all internal and external stakeholders. You build strong bonds within your team and communicate confidently across the organisation to build positive working relationships. Who we are The 3rd Combat Service Support Battalion is a New Zealand Army unit based at Burnham Military Camp. The unit is led, trained and equipped to support Defence Force outputs and activities through the provision of maintenance, transportation, supply and catering support. is a citizen of, and/or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries for the last 10 years: either Australia, Canada, NZ, UK or the USA; and has a background history that is verifiable and can be assessed as appropriate by the NZSIS towards a recommendation of suitability for a security clearance at a higher level.

If you do not meet these minimum criteria, we will not be able to accept your application.
