What you will doThe Command Coordinator provides a range of administrative support to the 3rd Combat Service Support Battalion. This includes coordinating internal and external correspondence, meeting and greeting visitors to the office and over the phone, assisting with the preparation and formatting of documents, taking minutes, maintaining the unit registry, assisting staff with admin requirements and assisting the Command team when required. What we need We're looking for an experienced administrator who enjoys being part of a busy, active team. You need to have strong organisational and planning skills that enable you to effortlessly manage multiple demands with ease, while remaining flexible and adaptive to changing needs and priorities. You also require sound judgement and the ability to manage your own space and take action when required. You go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service as you engage positively with all internal and external stakeholders. You build strong bonds within your team and communicate confidently across the organisation to build positive working relationships.
