Job Title: Skilled CNC MillerDepartment: CNC MillingResponsible For:You must be able to operate, set and programme CNC Machining Centres in accordance with customer specifications and company quality management standards.Main Duties: * Manufacture: * Operating * Setting * Programming * Deburring * In Process InspectionMain Responsibilities: * Produce components accurate to drawing and in a timely manner. * Understand existing CNC programs and create new ones. * Upload/download programs & setup datums and tool offsets. * Ensure all work, tasks, procedures and documentation meet the requirements of the company quality management system. * Ensure paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner. * Multi Manning. * Identify & Facilitate Process Improvement.Skilled Rate:• £12.88 per hour• Days Hours: 37• Overtime Rate:1.5x• Pensions: 3% Employer Contribution.
