Job DescriptionReporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceManage demand, forecasting and inventory as it relates to driving revenue opportunity for the hotelMaximize room revenues through a thorough understanding of all booking channels, managing inventory and rate accordinglyMonitor transient and group booking pace in order to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation distribution sourcesMonitor key indicators of hotel performance and third party intelligence sources to identify revenue opportunitiesLiaise with Reservations, Front Office and Sales to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained while maximizing profitEnsures accurate and timely preparation of analytical reportsPlay an active role in the strategic plan, marketing plan and budgeting processesStay current with industry changes and how it may impact demandPrepare and present weekly analytical reportsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious leadership experience within a similar role requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and relevant computer applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline requiredMust be extremely detail-orientedExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal requiredStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional InformationVisa Requirements: Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in the United Arab Emirates.
