Cloud Engineer

At New Zealand Post we are entering an exciting period of change as we transform the way we work and deliver technology to meet the needs of our customers.We have a great opportunity for an experienced Cloud Engineer to assist and enable our cloud journey. You'll be responsible for engineering and building scalable, secure, reliable and cost-effective cloud environments (we use AWS and Azure) and you'll help migrate application and data to public cloud.As this is a hands-on role, we are looking for someone with skills and experience across a wide range of cloud services like networking & DNS, security, encryption, elastic compute, serverless, database as service, programming. If you've used ELK stack (elastic.co) for logging, monitoring and alerting including visualisation that will be a bonus! You'll have the willingness to upskill further as needed to help design, develop and build cloud solutions and provide consulting services for internal business units and development teams.
