Nursing - Community, Maternal & Child Health (Healthcare & Medical)We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Clinical Team Leader to join us in a Fixed Term role!He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga | About the roleTo develop, lead and provide clinical supervision and oversight to the team of registered nurses responsible for the delivery of a high standard of clinical services to Access client in the region. To ensure that professional development is on-going for every team member and integrated into practice and to embrace and promote a strong, high-performing team culture.To maintain oversight of the delivery of service according to multiple contract specifications.To recruit, manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team of community nurses and others in a highly flexible service response environment.To liaise closely with teams across the region to ensure optimum work flows and excellence are achieved.To maintain oversight of high needs assessments and care packages.To Manage complaints and exception reporting.Personal Specification:Registered Nurse with current practising certificate and no less than 5 years practical experience.Community Nursing experience preferred but not essential.A strong and confident people leaderProven leadership experience driving change and managing improvementsA speciality clinical interest preferred but not essential.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.Ko wai matou? | Who are we?Access Community Health (Hauora-Tara-A-Whare) is a leading provider of home-based healthcare and support.
