Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staff, you will lead a dynamic team of nurses to deliver clinical excellence within our Health Centre.
As the Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality health services to prisoners. In providing best practice clinical health care, you will assess and treat individuals with a wide range of medical conditions and interface with custodial staff to resolve any issues.
You will also support the Health Centre Manager with the implementation of new policies and initiatives, whilst encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful applicant will possess:
-An advanced knowledge and experience in a primary health care setting
-Proven leadership or managerial skills
-A philosophy of care, ensuring staff systems and processes are focused on meeting patient needs
-The provision of culturally safe health care
-Exceptional communication and relationship skills
-Strong analysis and reporting capability to monitor and improve our service delivery
