Part time 0.8 FTE position supporting Wh?nau Awhina Plunket service to thrive. This is fixed term until July 2021 therefore an opportunity for secondment could be ideal. The successful candidate will ideally be based in Hawkes Bay and able to travel to surrounding areas encompassing a wider regional approach.

In this role you?ll set direction, drive change and ensure quality services are delivered through a team of direct reports across a rohe. You?ll enjoy building a collaborative, high performing team that achieves results within complex community and organisational contexts. You?ll draw on your appreciation and understanding of Tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi to ensure methods of service delivery are respectful and appropriate to improving outcomes for young people and their families, particularly mokopuna M?ori and whanau.

Your star qualities
You?ll be a registered nurse with a current annual practicing certificate, a full NZ driving license and a minimum of five years? clinical leadership experience. Ideally, you will also have a postgraduate nursing or health qualification and you?ll have established networks and relationships within health, local iwi, public, NGO and/or private sectors. You?ll be technologically savvy and will enjoy coaching and developing others to lead high performing teams.
