As the Clinical Service Manager, you'll spearhead the delivery of high-quality, person-centered mental health services. Your mission? To ensure individuals in our community receive the support they need to thrive, whether in the community or residentially. You'll manage operations efficiently, championing empowerment and collaboration within your teams.What You'll Be Doing:Clinical:Uphold compliance with legislation, standards, and policies to support clinical practice.Assess and approve new referrals, ensuring safe management of clients.Provide clinical guidance and debrief following incidents.Business Development:Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, driving business growth opportunities.Attend workshops and forums to stay abreast of industry developments.Leadership:Lead and develop your team of Recovery Facilitators, fostering a culture of excellence.Actively engage in leadership and governance groups, contributing to strategic direction.Implement workforce development plans, including recruitment and talent management.Building Relationships & Networks:Ensure client feedback guides service improvements, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Engage in relevant networks and forums, contributing to sector planning processes.Workforce Management:Collaborate with recruitment to ensure staffing needs are met with capable individuals.Support onboarding and ongoing communication with new team members.Concern for Quality & Standards:Establish and maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with sector regulations.Drive continuous improvement through monitoring and managing service quality.Manage funding contracts and budgets effectively, maximizing resources for client needs.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Needed:Registered Nurse with current Valid APC.Experience in service delivery or operations, preferably in healthcare or community services.Financial and budget management proficiency.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Who You Will Be Leading:Recovery Facilitators.At Explore, we value innovation, collaboration, and the personal growth of our team members.
