In this role, you'll provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation, all within a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment.
You'll be involved in medication reconciliation, patient education, service development, and the mentoring and supervision of early career pharmacists.
Your strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships will be key to delivering excellent patient care and contributing meaningfully to the wider ED team.About the ServiceTe Whatu Ora Taranaki employs approximately 350 allied health professionals across its services, and we're growing our inpatient physical health rehabilitation team by 60%.
