Collaborating closely with Clinical Managers, you will ensure that staffing ratios are safe and efficient.
By staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices, you'll drive high standards of clinical practice and intervene when necessary to maintain quality.Your Responsibilities Will BeYou will be responsible for managing clinical services within the allocated budget and developing strategies to sustain and expand our levels of activity.Attracting and retaining skilled professionals who are dedicated to providing safe and efficient patient care.Safety and risk management: Coordinating continuous quality improvement activities and adhering to our disaster plan during emergencies will be vital to maintaining a safe environment.Promptly addressing patient concerns and managing activities related to patient complaints to ensure we are delivering satisfactory outcomes.Working closely with all areas of Wakefield Hospital and Evolution Healthcare businesses, you will strengthen and maintain interdisciplinary and interdepartmental relationships.You will oversee the scheduling and coordination of Wakefield's Resident Medical Offers.

You will also demonstrate and have the following skills and experiences:Visionary leader: We want someone who can provide strong leadership and inspire our clinical team.Clinical expertise: At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
A deep understanding of clinical practices, nursing standards, and healthcare regulations is crucial.
