An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist Renal.
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic nurse who is passionate about our community and who has an interest in renal nursing.
Essential attributes:
Registered Nurse with current NZ APC.
5 plus years post graduate experience in acute medical/surgical nursing.
Hold or working towards post graduate qualifications (minimum post grad diploma) relevant to the area of renal.
Hold or working towards an expert level portfolio.
Requirement to complete renal specific training at Waikato and Gisborne Hospitals.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proven communication skills and excellent physical assessment skills.
Gisborne Hospital is a secondary care facility situated on the East Coast, comprising of urban and rural communities covering a large area, and serves a population of approximately 45,000.
