We are seeking applications for a highly experienced and passionate Nurse Leader to join our fabulous team. Here's what will help you succeed in this role:You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate.Solid and proven leadership experience and skillsStrong understanding of gerontological and clinical best practice preferableLeadership and training capability which will assist you to motivate, support and lead our dedicated team of staffStrong team management experience with leading a high performing teamExcellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills to help residents and families navigate the continuum of care journey.
