Lead and grow a dedicated team, ensuring compassionate world-class care and exceptional resident experiences!Build lasting relationships with residents, fostering purpose and fulfilmentBe a part of a company that's changing lives and communities!Strong support for career development that promotes growth and resilienceWhat's the job?Based at our beautiful Rowena Jackson Retirement Village in Waikiwi, Invercargill, you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the villageEnsure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residentsLead, develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care and treatmentEnsure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered toProvide support to the Village ManagerWe have a full-time role available working Tuesday to Saturday, 0800 - 1630.Who are you?To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will:Have proven experience as Registered Nurse, preferably in residential aged care, with a current APCBe an advanced clinical leader with the ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge with your teamEnjoy building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our staff, our residents and their familiesBe focused on bringing the fun into Nursing and healthcare for our hardworking teamsHave a comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processesPlace a high emphasis on exceptional customer service and work hard to exceed expectationsBe an outstanding communicator who is professional and empatheticHave a keen focus on clinical documentation with excellent time management skillsAbout Ryman and Rowena Jackson Retirement VillageAt Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.
