About the Role
We have an exciting management opportunity for an experienced and confident Registered Nurse to oversee our facility as Clinical Manager. You may have senior nursing leadership experience in a larger facility looking for your next challenge. You could be coming from the DHB or Aged Care industry. You will be a personable and confident leader with extensive clinical expertise. Our facility provides rest home level of care.
In this hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the Nurse Manager, you will ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered across the facility and that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to.
This is a full time permanent role (We shall consider highly experienced part time applicants also).
About You:
Be highly experienced in Clinical leadership roles and demonstrate how you place residents at the centre of everything you do
Hold New Zealand Nursing Registration and current APC
Be responsible for ongoing clinical governance
Provide support and mentoring to the clinical team
Drive clinical excellence
Key skills required:
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a leadership role
Confident in clinical skills and knowledge
Dynamic and capable leader and manager
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with concise documentation skills
Be InterRai competent
