Clinical Manager

About the role;
Using well-established structures as a foundation, this aged care facility seeks a Clinical Nurse Manger to take this site to the next level.
* Provide clinical leadership to Registered Nurses and the care team
* Drive and influence the standard of care that is delivered
* Ensure structures and procedures are set in place and followed
* Build strong professional relationships with residents and their families
* Assist the Facility Manager with some of the day to day operations
* Monday to Friday working hours
* Provincial town location - close to beaches, leave big City life behind
Skills and experience you will need;
* Senior Registered Nurse with an annual practicing certificate
* 5 years+ leadership experience with proven ability to lead and motivate staff
* Experience in delivery of care services
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Sound nursing practice with established organisational skills
