We are excited to be seeking the support of a permanent full time Clinical Leader, to be based in Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington.As part of our PlunketLine leadership team and reporting to the PlunketLine Manager, you'll be an effective leader of a team of Telenurses.
You'll ensure the team is offering quality, timely care to all PlunketLine callers and work to identify and implement ongoing continuous improvement suggestions.You'll have the opportunity to identify and develop the strengths of others, providing opportunities for growth and quality service for our community, whilst also growing and developing your own leadership skillset.
Our Nurses deliver an essential service 24/7 so our Clinical Leaders are on call for escalations and this on call work is rostered during the week and over the weekends.Te Whiwhinga mahi - The opportunityAs one of the four pillars in our team, your positive and forward-thinking strategic mindset will support our ongoing growth.
