We have a great opportunity for an experienced and innovative clinical lead physiotherapist at the sunny Bay of Plenty. Are you passionate about setting others up for success, supporting a dynamic team of physiotherapist and allied health assistants and improving patient care? Are you passionate about transforming models of care, leading quality improvement and research initiatives to ensure excellent and evidence-based care? if so we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will role-model transdisciplinary practice, co-ordinate a team of 3 rotational physiotherapists and an allied health assistant in a busy rehabilitation ward at Tauranga Hospital. You will develop quality assurance initiatives and foster a learning environment for undergraduate students and qualified physiotherapists.
