Clinical Engineering is looking to fill a vacancy at Whangarei Hospital to help coordinate stock, assets and planned maintenance.
The Clinical Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for stock ordering, receipting and control. Asset data management and planned maintenance coordination.
The role will report to the Clinical Engineering Team Leader and the District Facilities Manager and is part of the wider Infrastructure and Commercial Services team.
The position of Coordinator encompasses the following major functions or key result areas:
Stock control and coordination
Asset recording and coordination
Planned maintenance coordination
Reporting
Health and safety

To succeed in this role you will have experience in stock and asset control and/or coordination of complex work flow systems.
You will be an efficient communicator, both written and verbally, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience with database system as well as reporting and excel skills are also desirable.
