Clinical Coordinator / Senior Registered Nurse

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

The Clinical Coordinator is a clinical role which supports the Home Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to provide a safe environment for residents and staff through effective day to day co-ordination and supervision of resident care and provision of professional leadership and support to the RNS, ENs and Unregulated care staff.
?You will actively function as a clinical leader and take responsibility for clinical decisions while motivating staff to use initiative in problem-solving.
Working as a part of the senior team, you may need to provide on-call cover on a shared basis to ensure there is always senior RN cover available.

Relevant tertiary qualifications, eg Registered General Nurse with current APC
Recent experience in clinical or management in a continuing care hospital facility
Interrai Trained
Strong leadership
Be an effective communicator with influencing skills
Strong planning and organisation skills
Computer literacy
Resident focus
