Clinical Coordinator

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

They need now an experienced Registered Nurse to take up role of Clinical Coordinator modelling excellence clinically and in service delivery. To do so you need to bring with you a strong values base around respect, independence and responsiveness.

Providing high quality care to and supporting community connectedness for the elderly
