We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Be paid well for your clinical leadership
Be a role model and mentor
Have compassion, great organisational and people skills
Truly want to make a difference

Provide strong clinical leadership
Monitor staffing levels
Assist with staff appraisals for caregivers
Coordinate the development & review of care plans
Manage resources including supplies and medical equipment
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement
Support the Clinical Manager
Understand aged care, dementia and the relevant codes of practice
Hold NZ Nursing Registration, APC and have several years' experience in aged care
