We are looking for someone to continue the great work in the Clinical Coach position. TheClinical Coach 0.7 FTEposition is an innovative role that aims to deliver ongoing support across the board in enhancing Nursing practice. Working under the directorate of the Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) and Director of Nursing (DON), the ideal applicant will -
Be a Registered Nurse with current APC
Have a minimum of 5 years Critical Care experience
Be an expert practitioner with the ability to develop others
Have excellent communication skills
Have the ability to work well in a team, enhancing the capability & contribution to the team
Demonstrate own ability to promote self development - postgraduate study, masters prepared or working toward
Be technically proficient
Be available to start April
