48 hours per fortnight (0.6FTE)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Coach to join our DHB on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for providing support to our new graduate nurses, guiding them through their transition in their first year of practice within the Nurse Entry to Practice (NETP) Programme. You will work with them, their preceptors, managers and NETP Nurse Educators to ensure that their skills are developed and they feel supported at each stage of their learning journey.
You will work within various clinical areas alongside the new graduates, assisting with competence assessments and providing constructive feedback on their delivery of clinical care.
You will be a Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with proven experience. You will be someone who is supportive and appreciates the challenges that a new graduate nurse may face. You will be empathic, with the ability to communicate in an effective way, both orally and written.
