Are you a New Zealand registered Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Speech and Language Therapist or Dietitian committed to quality, person-centred care and looking to further your career in a leadership role?
We're offering a unique opportunity for a NZ registered Allied Health Professional to assist in leading a diverse and innovative Community Allied Health Service at the Hawke's Bay DHB. This role is part clinical and part management. You will be leading and will help deliver assessment and rehabilitation to assist older people and people with complex disabilities to remain independent in their own homes for longer and also supporting those transitioning home from hospital. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary and Interprofessional team working in partnership with General Practice and other community service providers to come up with creative solutions for complex situations.
Clinical experience and sound clinical reasoning is one key aspect to this role, and we also need the right person to bring out the best in our teams and service. Therefore we are seeking someone who has enthusiasm, maturity, emotional intelligence, relationship building, and leadership skills
