Your empathy towards patients and a passion for working with people from various cultures will be key to your success in this role.To view a copy of the position description, please click hereAs administrators in our Cancer and Blood Scheduling & Reception team, you will be responsible for but not limited:Coordinating clinicsScheduling patient appointmentsDatabase managementProviding excellent customer service to patientsSupplying necessary documentationOther ad hoc administrative tasksIdeally you will bring these skills and attributes to our team along with your established experience:A passion for providing excellent customer careFantastic communication skillsA positive and pro-active attitude to workA high level of data entry and attention to detailIntermediate skills in Microsoft SuiteHours of work can be between 8 am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. There will be occasions when you may be required to work as part of a team on public holidays and weekends depending on clinic and/or treatment schedules.
