Clinic Manager

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

As an experienced Clinic Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership to a team of therapists, working towards meeting and exceeding targets whilst ensuring superior customer service standards. You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands-on treatments as well as management responsibilities.
Further to this you will be responsible for driving clinic sales, building customer satisfaction and retention, and managing a high-performance team to success!

Demonstrated experience as a successful Clinic Manager with ideally minimum Level 4 in Beauty Qualifications
Dynamic management, leadership, and coaching skills to lead a small team to success
Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
Operational requirements such as rostering and day to day management of the clinic
