This is a varied role, requiring someone with excellent organisation skills, an eye for detail and great at relationship building.This diverse and rewarding position involves two key areas of responsibility:Administrative Support: Intramural ClinicProvide administrative support for the smooth day-to-day running of the Intramural Clinic.Manage appointment bookings, patient records, and clinic schedules.Liaise with clinicians, students, and support staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of patient care.Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including privacy and health regulations.Event Coordination: Continuing Professional Development (CPD)Plan, organise and deliver CPD events and workshops for dental professionals.Coordinate event logistics including venue, registration, marketing, and evaluation.Maintain CPD records and liaise with accrediting bodies.Support speakers and facilitators with scheduling, materials, and communications.Your skills and experience/Ka Pukeka Me Ka WheakoWe're looking for someone who is:Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Confident communicating with a wide range of people, both in person and in writing.An inquisitive mindset and problem-solving skills.Experienced in administration and event organisation, preferably in a healthcare or tertiary education setting.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to adapt and navigate new systems.Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.An ongoing commitment to positive outcomes for our students, staff, and patients.Dedication to working in a culturally safe and respectful manner and demonstrated understanding and appreciation of Te Ao Maori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, and Pasifika values.Experience in health administration or event coordination will be advantageous.About Our Team/Mo Te TimaWe are a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for delivering outstanding high quality and confidential administrative support services.
