To continue our success, we have an exciting opportunity for aClient Support Engineerto join our IT Operations team,based in Auckland on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Client Support Engineer is responsible for second level support within the Pernod Ricard IT environment, with a focus on coaching and supporting our staff in new ways of working (Office365, company applications, etc).
This role will be required to regularly communicate to customers of IT across the business so you will need to be an exceptional communicator with well-rounded Customer Service skills.
While the role is locally focussed, the team will also support each other and the business across Australia & New Zealand.

Windows 10
Microsoft Office 2016
Office 365
Windows Active Directory services
Microsoft Server 2012/2016
Understanding of TCP/IP networking & hardware components found in modern computing environments, such as server, network and desktop hardware
Previous experience with an enterprise Service Desk case management system is highly desirable
