Job Description: Rocket Lab is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ and will be a work-from-home position. Responsibilities:1. Providing excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Assisting clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing.3. Managing and updating client accounts and information in the company database.4. Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.5. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.3.
