About the Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to a Financial Adviser. You will be taking the lead in onboarding clients, new account openings, and support across a variety of service offerings across the business, providing direction or introductions to your clients within other areas of the business. Working with high net worth individuals, you will be ensuring all client compliance is up to date and accurate, including AML. You will be maintaining and documenting all client correspondence, and providing client support whilst your Financial Adviser is proactively in the market driving strategy.

About You:
You will often be the first point of contact for any client queries, so first and foremost your client relationship skills are second to none
You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a banking or client services position, and you enjoy learning new ways of working
You have strong experience in KYC, AML, and have intermediate experience of the Microsoft office suite
Coming from a banking or financial services background, you will understand the high level service offerings, and the necessity to proactively support your client base
You are curious, inquisitive and are eager to learn new ways to be able to assist your clients and your Adviser
You have the confidence to work alone, and enjoy finding your way in a newly created role
