About Us Findex is the largest provider of accounting audit tax business and financial advice to individuals small and medium enterprises in Australasia We pride our self on an integrated service offering giving our clients the peace of mind that comes with knowing their financial and lifestyle goals are being worked on From a comprehensive network of over 3 000 professionals located across 110 offices in regional rural and metropolitan areas we provide our clients with a single point of contact to oversee their affairs working collaboratively with others from within Findex and the broader marketplace Our scale allows us to offer competitive solutions from a location convenient to our clients respond to international and national issues while understanding and supporting local communities We provide uniquely tailored integrated solutions for people businesses government organisations and institutions that transform and grow as their needs do Since 2017 we ve contributed over 1 million to support community health education and entrepreneurial initiatives through the Findex Community Fund The Opportunity We are looking for a committed and experienced Client Services Manager to join our dynamic Business Advisory team This role is located in our Wellington New Zealand office and is a permanent fulltime position You will be responsible for organising and coordinating the operations of the Client Services team and leading from the front a small and dedicated team to ensure organisational effectiveness completion of tasks and Client Services standards are met You will need to be an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative and a flexible and positive attitude This is an exciting and varied role which will see you interact with people at all levels primarily internally across the business Responsibilities include Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and stakeholders Act as an escalation point for Client Services team members and ensure exceptional client service is provided at all times Communicate with accountants partners and corporate staff in an effective and efficient manner Ensure all client related tasks in their local office or designated region are completed in accordance within internal and external service standards Report on relevant KPI s for all staff within designated team Provide ongoing support and feedback to staff including assisting in the facilitation of learning and development initiatives Provide support to senior members of the team as requested Diary management including preparation of agendas teleconference details collating reports taking minutes and actions for distribution to participants compile documents presentations and reports assist to review and respond to email inbox particularly when absent and update relevant contact lists and industry bodies with information Provide general administrative support to team members We are looking for candidates who Experience in similar role preferable but not essential Advanced knowledge and understanding of the accounting process Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team of people Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Resourceful motivated highly organised resilient and solutions orientated In return you will be offered a supportive working environment ongoing career development a competitive salary and exceptional staff benefits Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted
