The Client Services Manager position we are seeking to fill, focuses predominantly on the proactive fostering of existing client relationships. It is an office-based role that requires the ability to act as a conduit between clients and production staff– supporting our existing clients in coordinating work requests and managing and meeting client expectations.
The position is the beating heart of the small Auckland based team and the main point of contact for the much larger international team. This role would suit someone who has worked in a larger agency and wants to have a change of scenery in a more specialised niche market. Professionalism and willingness to solve problems is a must. Reporting to the General Manager – Sales & Client Services, the role is based in our Auckland office in the heart of Ponsonby.

What You'll Do
· Work with clients in promptly attending to their requests and suggest proactive ways of achieving their goals
· Deliver the best/most appropriate advertising solutions to clients through a consultative approach
· Liaise and work with internal staff on client requests
· Manage and drive projects internally to meet client requirements
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customer base
· Discuss digital reporting and media schedules with clients
Experience and Qualifications
· Previous strong media and/or digital experience (ideally 2-3 years experience)
· Client management experience in & knowledge of the automotive/powersports or similar industry would be an advantage but not essential.
· Sound written & verbal communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong customer focus & rapport building skills
· Exemplary time management & organisational skills
